PalinGen® XPlus Membrane is a human allograft processed from healthy placental tissue exactly like our PalinGen® Membrane but goes through an additional manufacturing step of being chemically cross-linked with glutaraldehyde. The cross-linking of the extracellular matrix fibers gives greater tensile strength, shape manipulation, and slower resorption in vivo.
